Welcome to TeliBiz. This website, along with all associated SaaS services (including but not limited to MeritHRMS and SMEOne), is operated, managed, and maintained by Adneti Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201202598W), a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, which stands as a Member of Eusen Group.
The TeliBiz™ platform, including its core software frameworks and infrastructure architectures, operates under a formal licensing structure from ERW Capital LLP.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of TeliBiz and any purchase of software subscriptions, domains, hosting, cloud servers, hardware, and related services. By placing an order you agree to them.
TeliBiz acts as an authorized reseller for certain software and distribution catalogs, and as a customer of certain infrastructure providers. Specific supplier identities are disclosed where required by the relevant product or on request.
2. Suppliers and fulfillment
Some products and services are fulfilled through third parties, including an accredited domain registrar, authorized software and hardware distribution, and one or more cloud infrastructure providers. Where TeliBiz is an authorized reseller, the underlying vendor's license and usage terms also apply to your purchase.
Cloud servers (including VPS and storage VPS) are provisioned on your behalf through an infrastructure provider chosen for performance and value. Provisioning, installation, and configuration are automated, and access details are delivered by email on completion.
Availability, specifications, and lead times for distributed hardware depend on the relevant supplier and may change without notice.
3. Accounts and pricing
Subscriptions activate at the account level, and an account owner is required to complete checkout. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
Pricing for the hardware and IT distribution catalog is displayed to registered, signed-in customers. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote and exclude taxes unless noted. Billing is in your regional currency.
4. Orders, billing, and renewals
Subscriptions and domains may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage renewals from your account.
Payment is accepted via Stripe and Airwallex, and, for local customers, via PayNow or bank transfer. PayNow and bank transfer orders are confirmed after manual verification, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Overseas customers are encouraged to pay by Stripe.
Refunds, where applicable, follow the underlying vendor or supplier policy for the product purchased.
5. Support and liability
TeliBiz provides first-line support and coordinates with suppliers for warranty, license, and service issues. To the extent permitted by law, TeliBiz's liability is limited to the value of the product or service giving rise to the claim.
