Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of TeliBiz and any purchase of software subscriptions, domains, hosting, cloud servers, hardware, and related services. By placing an order you agree to them.

TeliBiz resells certain software and hardware supplied through authorized distribution, and is a customer of certain infrastructure providers. TeliBiz is an authorized reseller of a product only where that product's page says so. Specific supplier identities are disclosed where required by the relevant product or on request.

Some products and services are fulfilled through third parties, including an accredited domain registrar, authorized software and hardware distribution, and one or more cloud infrastructure providers. Where TeliBiz is an authorized reseller of a product, the underlying vendor's license and usage terms also apply to your purchase.

Cloud servers (including VPS and storage VPS) are provisioned on your behalf through an infrastructure provider chosen for performance and value. Provisioning, installation, and configuration are automated, and access details are delivered by email on completion.

Availability, specifications, and lead times for distributed hardware depend on the relevant supplier and may change without notice.

Products supplied through our distributors are sold for your own internal use in Singapore. You must not resell, sub-license or export them. Your use is governed by the manufacturer's or publisher's licence and terms, which you accept when you order and which bind you directly. We may suspend a product if those terms are breached.

Once we have placed your order with our supplier, it cannot be cancelled. Report any shortage, damage or non-conforming item within 2 working days of delivery. Later claims are handled under the manufacturer's warranty only.

Subscriptions activate at the account level, and an account owner is required to complete checkout. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

Pricing for the hardware and IT distribution catalog is displayed to registered, signed-in customers. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote. Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd is not registered for GST. Our prices do not include, and we do not charge, GST. Billing is in your regional currency.

Subscriptions and domains may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage renewals from your account.

Payment is accepted via Stripe and HitPay, and, for local customers, via PayNow or bank transfer. PayNow and bank transfer orders are confirmed after manual verification, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Overseas customers are encouraged to pay by Stripe.

Refunds, where applicable, follow the underlying vendor or supplier policy for the product purchased.

TeliBiz provides first-line support and coordinates with suppliers for warranty, license, and service issues. To the extent permitted by law, TeliBiz's liability is limited to the value of the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions can be sent to legal@telibiz.com.

We may suspend or end your access if payment is overdue, if we reasonably suspect misuse, or if a supplier withdraws the product. You may cancel subscriptions from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
